3. "I BOUGHT BLEMS AND THEY AREN'T THE COLOUR I ORDERED"
You didn't order a colour, you ordered a set of blems. The description on the BLEM page states that you can make a "request" (which is why the options are there) but it is ultimately based on availability. To ensure colour and durometer selection, try our premium wheels which are available periodically in the webshop.
4. "MY ORDER WAS FULFILLED, CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?"
Unfortunately, with orders so small (in size) we do not ship with tracking. However, proof of shipment and records on our end protect both you and I in the event of any accidents during shipping. Shipping to the international and US doesn't normally take too long. About a week or two. I am sure you will be shredding in no time
5. "CAN I ORDER CUSTOM WHEELS"
That is not a service we offer, unfortunately.
